Rachel Neufeld

Rachel Neufeld joined Salahshoor Law PC as an articling student in June 2026. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Honours Legal Studies, with Minors in Sociology and Fine Art from the University of Waterloo. Rachel recently earned her Juris Doctor from the Lincoln Alexander School of Law at Toronto Metropolitan University. During her studies, Rachel was involved in various student organizations, serving as President of the Indigenous Students Society and as co-founder and chair of the Lincoln Alexander Art Law Society. In her second year as a law student, Rachel represented Lincoln Alexander as an oralist in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition for both the respondent and applicant teams and returned in her third year as a researcher and coach. Prior to joining Salahshoor Law, Rachel worked in criminal defence, gaining hands-on experience in legal research and client advocacy, appearing before the Ontario Court of Justice. Rachel brings to her articling role demonstrated strengths in legal research, client advocacy, and policy analysis, and she is committed to bringing a compassionate approach to client-focused support. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys painting, travelling and watching Studio Ghibli films.
